My name is Alessandra Azcarraga. I feel blessed that my journey has taken me to this beautiful place that I call home. My home represents the gratitude and the love that I have found in my life through many experiences. I have experienced many ups and many downs in my life. And from every experience I have gained wisdom. I have learned the ways to surpass my fears, anxieties, self destructive behaviors, sadness and anger. And I have learned to live in peace and bliss.
It all started by identifying what I no longer needed and trusting my new embodied, vibrant and timeless soul which created a new perception of my reality. In this newfound reality I live in wholeness and I practice that on a daily basis. Fully relying on my body/mind/spirit connection, I am creating abundance, flow and love in my life.
I am a mother, wife, sister, and grandma and joyfully practice dance, yoga, drumming, crystal bowls, singing. I have traveled and lived in Mexico, Europe and the US, fostering my family and my 3 amazing daughters and I witnessed the birth of our first grandson.
I honor and bow to my powerful ancestors, the Mexicas, and the fierceness of my kind and sovereign soul. Deeply rooted in Mother Earth (Pacha Mama) and my heart and mind aligned with the universal energies, I hold space for the unseen.
I have a background in homeopathy, Chinese medicine, manifestation and nutrition coaching. I have studied a diverse range of healing techniques, shamanic studies and ceremonies. My life long growth and development journey and my deep connection with the energies of the moon, the sun and the earth have brought my soul's purpose to light.
I stand for my identity as a Divine Feminine Being, my own soul calling and truth, and use my voice as medicine with clarity and compassion.
All of my journeys have allowed me to fully experience the Masculine and Feminine energies inside me, to promote more balance, as well as in my relationships. As a result, I am able to relate to women and men in a very holistic way, especially in regards to my gender-free coaching techniques.

I help women and men like you to open up new and unprecedented possibilities so that you can thrive in every area of life (mind, body & soul) despite any crisis or circumstances; using consciousness, awareness and healing methodologies that will fully empower you to live a life of abundance, self-love and worthiness.
Methodology
I take care of you in your wholeness; in health, self-care, lifestyle, exercise, diet, vocation, work, finances, and social interactions with family, friends, life partners, and coworkers. There are many ways that you can work with me. I provide one-on-one coaching; a variety of groups such as self-development book clubs, moon celebrations, workshops; and exposure and collaboration with other gifted complementary practitioners and facilitators.
Start off with a deep self-assessment. Part of the approach in these containers is using neurosciences, epigenetics, and quantum physics combined with a holistic and shamanic approach. I believe in intentional and collaborative work. I also use personality tests such as The Gene Keys and Human Design to start your journey with a good overview of your innate basic mental, emotional and spiritual constitution.
Become your own healer. During your journey you will become more and more in tune with your own soul and guidance. Through breathwork, creating sacred spaces and strengthening your connection with your body, emotions and the universe, you will be fully empowered to take on any journey in your life. And you will gain the knowledge, inner wisdom and strength to become your own healer.
